Look for “Download Admit Card – ANM/GNM Entrance Exam 2025” on the homepage. - Login:
Enter your application number, password, or date of birth as required. - Download Admit Card:

Take a clear printout to carry to the exam center.
Documents to Carry on Exam Day
Candidates must bring the following:
- Printed Admit Card
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.)
- Passport-sized Photograph (Same as uploaded in the application)
Without these documents, entry to the exam center will not be allowed.
