Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Jharkhand eKalyan Post Matric Scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Applicants must be studying in Intermediate (Class 11 & 12), Graduation, Post-Graduation, Diploma, ITI, Engineering, Medical, or other recognized Post Matric courses.
• Category: Only SC, ST, and OBC students who are permanent residents of Jharkhand are eligible to apply.
• Annual Family Income: The annual family income should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh for eligible categories, as per the Government norms.
• Domicile: The applicant must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Jharkhand.
• Institution: The student must be enrolled in a recognized educational institution eligible under the eKalyan Scholarship scheme.

How to Apply for Jharkhand eKalyan Scholarship?

Follow the steps below to complete the Jharkhand eKalyan Scholarship application process:

Step 1: Complete NSP OTR Registration

Before applying, complete your NSP One Time Registration (OTR) using the NSP OTR App or the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and obtain your OTR Number.

Step 2: Visit the eKalyan Portal

Open the official Jharkhand eKalyan Portal and click on New Registration.

Step 3: Register Yourself

Enter the required details, including your OTR Number, Aadhaar details, personal information, and course details to create your account.
